They installed Advanced Business Manager (ABM) with the support assistance of Gr8 Software Limited in 2009, they have been using the Billfeeds module since 2017.
The growth of Golden Homes – Waikato/Taranaki was the major reason they chose to begin using the Billfeeds module. They needed a tool that would allow them to copy invoices and input them digitally, while also giving them the ability to revisit the invoices and see all documents related to it.
The Solution
With so many documents to process, Billfeeds has helped streamline and speed up the process. Golden Homes – Waikato/Taranaki is now processing “800-1000 documents a month”. Billfeeds learns the format of your invoices and can be trained with new documents, speeding up the process to “spend less than a minute per invoice when all the information is picked up.”
ABM Billfeeds has the capability to automatically extract and process data, documents such as supplier invoices, customer orders and remittances can be scanned and uploaded or emailed directly to the system. Golden Homes – Waikato/Taranaki continues to use Billfeeds in these areas alongside their core ABM system, this ensures all of their data and documents are stored in the same place.
